Methods of investigation: clinical, haematological, morphological, cytochemical, biochemical, immunological, statistical. It was established that average clinical-laboratory indexes of donors of both apparatus and manual plasmapheresis during regular donations were in physiological ranges. Results of investigations show that apparatus plasmapheresis, in compare with manual one, gives in 1,5 times less percentage of alterations of health indexes of donors. It was proved that interval between donations in 14 days is the most favorable for donors of both apparatus and manual plasmapheresis. One dose of plasma during apparatus plasmapheresis depends on sex, height, weight and haematocrit of donor. Medico-social effect. Medicine.
