The software package developed allows to optimize the interaction space, to analyse the process of interaction, and also to define the maximum loadings and geometry of irregular slow-wave structure, at which a tube is stable. Comparison of calculation results with experimental data, shows that the calculation error of slowing coefficient does not exceed in helix structures and CCS (1-2)%, the calculation error of connection resistance does not exceed (10-15)%, calculation error of amplification factor not more than 10%, but calculation error of output power not more than 15%.
