The prove of the high efficiency of the visual intellectual analysis with respect to the complex and complete interpretation of the information from the very large data bases of the State Committee for Financial Monitoring of Ukraine and the law machinery data bases results from research and construction works conducted. The methodology to apply data visualization BI-Instruments, as well as the interactive technology to realize visual intellectual analytical systems, allowing information operation on the base of various sources, under confidentiality conditions, are elaborated within anti-money-laundering and terrorism financing counterforce measures. The results obtained are applicable within computer information analytical systems also for other state institutions and will foster the quality of the administrative actions.
