This technology allows one to obtain films under substantially lower temperatures and open up possibilities of using nonoxidized at 450°С substrates. The changes in structure of the valence bands and chemical bonds of apatite based nanostructures induced by synthesis variation parameters were investigated. For the purpose of spectral-oriented synthesis of apatite-like systems with previously given properties the comprehensive approach for study of structure features of apatite based nanostructures was developed.
