The processes of water purification from U(VI) by sorption method with the use of natural minerals (montmorilonites) are investigated. It was established that complexing ligands substantially decreased efficiency of removal of uranium(VI) substances from water environments by sorption method. The comparative estimation of purification of mine waters with high salinity by different methods is done. For effective purification of radioactive contaminated mine waters (from uranium substances and partly from salts of rigidity) taking into account their physical and chemical features the combined reagent-magnetic method with the use of iron(II) and (III) salts, alkaline reagent of СaО and natural magnetite is proposed.
