Object of research: different social strata's inequalities in the possibilities of receipt of high education in the conditions of post-communist transformations as a factor of sociocultural changes. Aim of research: defining the main social determinants of inequality of access and motivations of the receipt of high education in Ukraine, Belorussia, Russia; defining common tendentions and peculiarities of influence of high education's system on sociostructural changes in post-communist societies. Methods of research: survey, in-depth interviews (expert-interviews also), focus-groups, analysis of documents. Conclusive analysis of materials of sociological research, which was carried out between the students of Ukrainian, Belorussian and Russian high education establishments, are presented; in particular, system of motivation of receipt of high education, form of preparing to entering to high education establishment, inlluentive factors ofentering to high education establishment are determined; the analysis of the volume of expenses of student's families is performed: the conclusions about the influence of "before-high education" lifeworld on the cultural capital of future specialists are made. The materials analyzed in the report may be used in the academic process and for scientific studying of the influence on sociostructural changes made by High school in condition of posteommunist transformations.
