Purpose of work is development of general methodical approaches of research of documents about economic activity of enterprises and organizations and determination of single methodological bases on conducting of judicial-economic examinations on speciality a 11.2 "Research of documents about economic activity of enterprises and organizations". Research methodology is made by the substantive provisions of theory of cognition, and also fundamental positions of modern economic theory. The decision the set problems was carried out taking into account modern scientific thought, current legislation and practice of conducting of judicial-economic examinations on the questions of analysis of financially-economic activity of enterprises. In the process of scientific research different specific methods of economic researches associate by general logic of analysis were used. Except for scientific methods, methods inherent to judicial-economic examination were used: documentary verification, comparison and economic analysis. On the basis of the conducted research methodical approaches of establishment of documentary validity of analysis of indexes of the financial state of enterprises and organizations are certain (solvency, financial firmness, profitability).
