Determination of unique methodological approaches for the grant of practical help to the judicial experts with the purpose of improvement of quality and reduction of terms of conducting of expert researches. Research methods are the supervision, systems approach, systems and structural analysis. On the basis of the conducted research methodical approaches of establishment of wages which must be charged extra to the workers for works on liquidation of consequences of failure on AES of Chernobyl in the period of 1986-1990 rate are certain.
