The developed methods have allowed to solve both direct, and return problems robast stability of digital systems to the control and managements of a class of considered objects. The received results have allowed to define such areas of change of primary parameters, a yak of objects, and corresponding systems who guarantee not only stability, but also corresponding parameters of quality of such systems. Constructive algorithms that numerical methods of the analysis of monitoring systems and managements of corresponding objects, which theoretically substantiating both their the confirmed correctness and adequacy are developed at practical use.
