There had been developed the new technology for rapid creation of the two- and three - level geoinformational systems for water monitoring of "Ministry of the Environment/Region/Oblast" and "State Water Management Committee/Basin/Oblast" with the possibility of data saving, processing and visualization. There had been developed the algorithm for automated usage of the monitoring system as the information source for identification of the mathematical models of surface water quality and state. There had been created both the Unified system for controlling the state of environment pollution for State Ecological Inspection of Ukraine as well as the basin systems for water monitoring in Southern Booh, Prypiat, Siverskyy Donets rivers.
