The purpose of work - increase of efficiency of professional hygiene of an oral cavity (PGOC) at periodontal diseases by rational tool removal of dental adjournment and the differentiated application of medicamentous means. Methods of research: experimental, clinical, morphometric, pathomorphologic, biochemical, imunological, functional. The algorithm of carrying out PGOC at persons with periodontal diseases, including preventive, training and treatment-and-prophylactic actions is developed. The best efficiency serial application of manual and electromechanical tools is established at removal of dental adjournment. It is shown, that development of complications after PGOC as an aggravation of periodontal diseases is determined by a condition of nonspecificresistency in an oral cavity. The compounding is developed, immobilization on silics echinazheya and nimesulid (phithosilard-N) in experiment therapeutic efficiency of a medical composition is established on models of periodontitis at rats and in clinic at patients with periodontitis.
