Providing of high quality of coatings during cold spraying is connected with particle in-flight velocity, surface tenperature, morphology and granulometric composition of powder and technological parameters. Increasing of particle in0flight velocity in the range 300-1200 m/s lead to increasing of density and bond strength.Results of crane beams in 83 spans of 21500 m total length were generalized. Scientific bases for resistance of crane structures with account for interaction of improving fatigue beams with a crane have been developed.
