The aim of the work is an elaboration of material base for investigations in a neutron capture synovectomy. The methods of investigations are computer simulations of the facility and Monte Carlo calculations of neutron fluxes, desine study of the facilities schemes, technical and engineering works for manufacturing their elements and assembling them, synthesis of some tens nanometers size particles as possible neutron capture agents for synovectomy. 2 experimental horizontal cannels were put at a disposal for these works at the nuclear reactor of the Institute for Nuclear Research of the NAS of Ukraine. Physical calculations of neutron fields at these channels were carried out. Schemes of irradiatinng facilitiy for biological samples and prompt gamma rays neutron activation analisis arrangement for measuring contents of neutron capture agents in living tissues were designed according to these calculations. Details of neutron filters were manufactured and facilities were assembled on the base of the engineering development.
