Aim: to analysis of efficacy new osteotropic preparation and developing methods of treatment of endocrine osteoporosis. Methods: clinical, orthopedic, biochamical, X-ray (ultrasound) osteodensitometry.Results:The study has shown that osteoporosis is a common complication of endocrine pathology. To prevent development of osteoporosis in patients with thyroid, parathyroid and adrenal pathology, monitoring of the indices of calcium balance, performance of X-ray (ultrasound) osteodensitometry are advisable. For the treatment of osteoporosis in patients with thyroid pathology Biocalcevit should be used. In patients with parathyroid pathology, it is advisable to perform courses of therapy with preparation Ostein, Forcal.
