Methods and apparatus: physiological, biochemical, morphological, electrophoresis; light microscope, spectrophotometer, beta-spectrometer, low temperature refrigerator, computer. The results and their novelty: There was demonstrated that separate or combined flutamide and dexamethasone treatments supress growth of human prostate cancer xenografts transplanted to mice due to inhibition of ephithelium proliferation and enchancement of apoptosis. Administration of interferone-alpha (Laferone) augments antitumoral effect of flutamide as the result of enchancement of apoptosis and pro-inflammation cytotoxic reactions. Amisone and cycloferone, interferone synthesis inductors, activated proliferation of the rat prostate epithelium (mitotic index was increased), as well as its apoptosis, confirmed by appearance of apoptotic bodies. These drugs did not augment antiprostatic effects of flutamide. In conclusion, there were obtained evidences for androgen, glucocorticoid and interferone-alpha influen-ces on epithelial cells proliferation and apoptosis in normal and malignized prostate tissues. Degree of implementation: scientific articles and reports. Field of application: endocrinology, oncourology. Product Description popup.authors popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
