Purpose of work: To develop and to ground the models of informative reflection of treatment and diagnostic process in an endocrinology clinic, to ground the structure of the specialized informative system on their basis. Research methods: information theory, variation and alternative statistics, correlation analysis, methods of statistical design, questionnaire of users. Results and their novelty: models of informative reflection of treatment and diagnostic process are developed and grounded : model of saving of user profiles, model of saving of diagnosis, model of formalization of texts’ information, model of two-stage data analysis, model of automation’s introduction. On the basis of created register of endocrine patients research of rates of increase and diminishing of educations of hearths in a thyroid and facts of their disappearance is conducted. A concept «Hasty growth» is certain thyroidnodule, the border of application of which it is suggested to consider an increase on 6 mm/year, that is rate above the average.
