The aim of the work – synthesis and investigation of phosphonium salts and phosphorus ylides (alkylidene phosphoranes); their reactivity studying and search of new efficient antimicrobial remedies or substances possessing other applicable physiologic activity or physical properties (organic luminophores, liquid crystals). Synthesis of new phosphonium salts on the base of triphenyl phosphine, investigation of the possibility of this compounds application as semiproducts for other classes compounds obtaining. Investigation of new substances influence on the different species of mikroorganisms. The methods of investigation – organic synthesis, organic analysis, chromatography, NMR-spectroscopy, microbiological screening etc. A number of new phosphonium salts based on triphenyl phosphine – triphenyl phosphonium salts and some species of tritolyl phosphonium salts have been synthesized. Initial compounds, necessary for their obtaining have been synthesized, among them substances containing functional groups: esteric, keto-, sulphonilic, quinonic and other. An acylation reaction of alkylidene phosphoranes obtained from described phosphonium salts have been investigated. The possibility of alkylidene phosphoranes passing their preliminary excretion, using initial phosphonium salts and triethyl amine have been established. Resulting the acylation reaction a number of new stabile alkylidene phosphoranes possible to be excreted and keeped in common conditions have been obtained. Methods of phosphonium salts and stabile phosphorus ylides obtaining have been elaborated as well as their excretion and purification methods. An microbiological investigations touching an influence of phosphonium salts on such microorganisms species as S. aureus, E. соli, E. faecalis, P. aureginosa, B. subtilis, C. albicans have been carried out. A significant antimicrobial activity of triphenyl phosphonium salts and its correlation with functional groupshave been discovered. Phosphonium halogenides of benzylic (aryl methylic) type [Ph3P+CH2Ar]X- showed a high antimicrobial activity. Especially it concern the naphtylmethyl phosphonium halogenides (chlorides and bromides), methyl groups presence in naphthalene cycle improve this activity. The most active proved to be aryl methylic salts containing quinonic cycles (naphtoquinone, antraquinone, benzantracene quinone). Two of them were patented as antimicrobial remedies. Microbiological investigations showed advisability of the efficient antimicrobial remedies searching among the phosphonium salts, especially triaryl phosphonium halogenides. The most active of the displayed compounds can be used for production of as well antiseptic as antibacterial remedies for external use. An esters of cinnamic acids and their heterocyclic analogs, among them holesteryl, bornyl, menthol esters have been obtained, corresponding methods have been elaborated. Holesteric esters of unsaturated acids possess liquid crystal properties. New sulfonamides (substances class known by their antibacterial properties), chalcones and their heterocyclic analogs have been obtained. The materials of the work have been included into organic chemistry course of studies for specialities “chemistry and biology”, “biology and chemistry” and to organic synthesis laboratory practices. It also have been widely used in laboratory practice and lecture course for graduate students “Theoretical principles of organic chemistry”. Some materials of the investigation were included into Ph.D. thesis. Product Description popup.authors popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
