Purpose of work - to give system information about the modern (current) being of price situation in the markets of basic types of food and on the basis of found out tendencies to ground the standard of prognosis prices. Research actuality is conditioned importance of the timely and skilled complex informative providing of type Ministry for forming of effective public price policy. Research methods: grouping, dynamic, структуризации, comparative, quantitative analysis, summarizing. Basic results. The price monitoring is conducted on the basic types of food; the estimation of the modern state of price situation is conducted on the markets of basic types of food stuffs; the prognosis of pricing on the products of processing industries is carried out on the nearest prospect (2007/08 marketing year). Analytical and prognosis materials must serve as foundation and actual base for development and acceptance type Ministry and higher organ of executive power of regulator administrative decisions. For acceptance of operative and optimum decisions the organs of state administration for providing of price stability at the food market in the field of price policy an important value has watching and prognostication of prices on the basic types of food. Claim of the weighed регулятивных positions in relation to wholesale-vacation and retail prices is the ponderable measure of defence of eventual users, that especially substantially in the conditions of entry in WTO.
