The researches were realizing on multicomponent metal-ceramics titanium alloys with different types of matrix. The modes of the time-temperature treatment of the liquid alloys were developed for doped Ti-Si alloys. The time-temperature treatment of the liquid alloys was realized according to the developed modes in the furnaces with different types of energy carriers. It has been ascertained that the overheating temperature of the liquid alloy effects both on macro- and on microstructure of the solidified alloys. The nonmonotonic mode of the dependence of mechanical properties of the alloys Ti-Si on the overheating temperature of the melt has been ascertained.
