During work there were considered layers, arranged according to the technology of recycling with the employment of bitumen emulsion, foamed bitumen, cement, granulated slurry, crushed stone and others. As a result of the research there were prepared changes and addendum to VBN B. 2.3-218-186-2004. This allows to implement energy saving technology in project solutions - cold recycling. The aim of the recycling is maximum renovation of existing road pavement. At this there employed the material of upper layers of existing road pavement but the layer below recycling remains. The technology of renovation of road pavement according to the method of cold recycling is implemented in Ukraine three years ago.
