The aim of the work is the development of recommendation on application of new modifiers of bitumen and asphalt concrete for provision of their effective application in road construction. The method of investigation is the analysis of scientific research and experience of employment of new modifying additives in road construction of Ukraine and other countries, experimental research. As a result of the work there compiled optimal compositions and technological parameters of preparation of modifying bitumen and asphalt concrete. There developed recommendations, which exhibit the character of actions and specification of new modifiers of different types, there given the areas of the most effective employment.
