The aim of the work is the development of recommendations for creation of methodical and technical basis of implementation of complex modification of bitumens with additives of different types and definition of effectiveness of modification of asphalt concrete using introduction of additives to the mixture. The method of the research is analysis of scientific research and experience of modified bitumens using complex additives and modification of asphalt concrete, experimental research. As a result there developed recommendations, which show effectiveness and specifications of complex modification of bitumens, there given optimal content of additives and technologies of complex modification, rules of application and storage of modified bitumens, methods of monitoring and requirements to safety and safeguarding of environment.
