Using in culture medium neurothropic factors, controlled this process, we reseaved 23,5% cells containing dopamine. This cells expressed specific genes of dopaminergic neurogenesis - Nurr1, Th, VMAT2. So, human nerve cells suspension, enriched by dopaminergic neurons and their precursors, can be reseaved in culture and used as a matherial for neurotransplantation.
