Vernadsky University popup.description2 1. Forest preventive measures of quantity regulation of leaf-eating wreckers at the oak forests of Crimea are grounded in theory with the use of ecological and genetic approaches. It is based on application of microbiological measures and implies the system of preventive and efficient control. 2. Treatment of oaks with sublethal doses of biopreparations results in the decline of density of green oak leaf-roller. It causes not decrease but increase of variety in the microcommunities of leaf-eating wreckers. 3. Separate trees of oak (Quercus pubescens) differ on electrophoretic spectrums of amplified fragments of DNA (RAPD-PCR with primer ORA-14). Four DNA-fragments (with length about 110, 210, 350 and 400 base pairs) mark reliable distinctions in concentrations of zinc, copper and cadmium in the leaves of oaks. Together with it, the trees of oak, containing of DNA 110, 210 and 250 base pairs long had a less density of green oak leaf-rollers and trees with fraction of DNA 110 base pairs long had a less density of gypsy moth caterpillars. Thus, DNA-fragments listed above are the markers of stability of oaks to the massest wreckers. 4. The new non labour-intensive method of analysis of the state of population at the phase of egg of gypsy moth is offered, allowing to save time due to a scanning and computer operations. 5. The new approach is offered for defence of plants. Its essence consists not of direct suppression of wrecker, which usually results in the increase of his stability, but in creation for it spatially small trophic reserve formed by the least adopted genotypes of a plant. 6. Conception of pesticideless defence of the forest, which supposes the differentiated approach of forest-protection measures in the oak forests depends on a degree of their damage and capacities for self-regulation, is developed. In it the ways of increase of own stability of the oak forests to the damage of leaf-eating insects due to maintenance of feed-backs between forage plants and wreckers from one side and wreckers and their natural enemies from the other side are shown.5635 Product Description popup.authors popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
