Combinations of alkaline cements with high (60-95 %) filling by active mineral additives were optimized. All developed compositions are more active, than cements in compliance with DSTU B V.2.7-46-96. The best for creation of alkaline clinker cements (5-40% of clinker) are compositions "clinker-granulated blast-furnace slag (or fly ash, or waste slag)-alkaline component". P Binders are characterized by setting time 0-45...1-35 hour.-min and strength in the age of: 2 day - 15-20 МPа, 7 day - 22,0-35,6 МPа, 28 day - 38-55 МPа, 180 day - more, then 60-65 МPа, that allows to relate them to rapid ctments. Physical-chemical bases of technology of production of such cements with the high contents of natural and man-caused additives were developed.
