There was investigated, both theoretically and experimentally, possibility of additional laser beam scanning inside the focal spot in order to increase the productivity and quality of material processing. It was established that additional management of the processing regimes lets us to minimize the influence of the directionality of thermal and physical properties of the material on the result of the influence of focused laser beam.
