The model comprises the structurally grounded system of mathematical relations, which reflect dependencies between generation, processing and consumption of energy, the dynamics of its quantative indices. The existing energy technologies database is created. The database comprises in detail such energy technologies as: the technologies of energy resources mining (depending on explored reserves level and oil and gas wells exploitation stage); the technologies of secondary energy resources production (the technologies of coal products, coke and oil products manufacturing), the technologies of electric energy and heat production depending on power stations and units types; the technologies of end-consuming of energy by industry , service sector, transport, agricultural sector and houscholds.
