Within the framework of theory shells a mathematical model is built for determination of componentsof the tense statetaking into account distributing remaining incompatible deformations of noncommunicative near guy-sutures, and structurallyphase changes, in the thermal affected zone. A model is based on the decision of reverse tasks of theory shells with own tensions use of experimental information, got non-destructive methods. Utillizing such mathematical model of closing of crack and conception effective scope of coefficient intensity tensions, a calculation model is got for the estimationof influence remaining tensions on tirelessdestruction at the cyclic loading. Certainlyinfluence of remaining tensions on longevity of pipeline with an axial superficial defect in the areaof the welded connectionunder the actionof the operating loading.
