New self-consistent model of CME structure and dynamics of plasma cloud (plasmoid) in interplanetary space has been proposed and developed on the basis of developed theory of magneto-vortex rings. It is shown that magneto-vortex ring forms a stable plasma configuration which has intrinsic velocity with value depends on magnetic to kinetic energies ratio. Plasmoid structure is investigated in details taking into account their spatial dimensions, density variations and presence of toroidal and poloidal magnetic fields, as well as solar wind influence on the dimensions and dynamics of magneto-vortex ring. It is shown that motion characteristic, dimensional change and distribution of physical parameters of the model well correspond to the observed CME characteristics.
