For the first time, criteria of fetal state of health worsening in different terms of pregnancy were determined and distinguishing of prenatal dispancery groups of fetuses with vital and lethal pathology was scientifically grounded on the basis of ultrasonic examination and invasive procedures with subsequent cytogenetic, biochemical, immunological, morphological analysis. For the first time in the world practice immunological indices in cases of lethal congenital fetal heart malformations were evaluated. The increase in the efficiency of prenatal cytogenetic analysis results was registered from 98.9% in 2005 to 100% in 2007.
