Subject of the work: studying of neuro-humoral and metabolic changes in patients with head femur aseptic necrosis and elaboration of its early stages medical treatment methods based on pathogenesis. Methods of research: electrophysiological, ultrasonographical, biochemical, and clinical examination. Results of research: the role of genetic premises in head femur aseptic necrosis development has been explained on the base of publication resources. Transformation of insight concerning pathogenesis of the disease (apoptosis instead of necrosis) is based on the ground of catecholamine, steroids and sexual hormones levels determination and determination of local blood circulation indices and bioelectrical muscle activity in femur. The algorithm of early diagnostics has been worked out on the base of clinical and anamnesis data and functional examination. Taking into consideration variants of passing stress-reaction in patients with aseptic necrosisof femoral head two ways of conservative treatment is worked out. This ways include using apoptosis inhibitors and provide stable remission and restoring of capacity for work of patients in early stages of aseptic necrosis of femoral head. The method can be also of great value for preparation the patients for surgical treatment on the late (III-IV) stages.
