The aim of the work is to increase the level of medical service to men with disorders in reproductive health by determining factors that form disfunctional hypofertility, and developing effective technologies of hypofertility diagnostics and the therapy. The indications of hypoandrogenization in infertile men and intensifying prooxidant processes in their ejaculate in a combination with changes of acrosine activity have been registered.
