The aim of the work is to increase the level of medical service to men with disorders in reproductive health by determining factors that form disfunctional hypofertility, and developing effective technologies of hypofertility diagnostics and the therapy. The indications of hypoandrogenization in infertile men and intensifying prooxidant processes in their ejaculate in a combination with changes of acrosine activity have been registered. Two schemes of the treatment, which were positively resulted in the parameters of the patients' spermogram have been developed. In normotestosteronemia the therapy with Cardonate and Vitamin E stimulated acrosine and mitochondrial dehydrogenase activity, inhibited producing oxigenic radicals, activated the antioxidant protective system.
