Purpose of the work is development of scientific foundations of plant cultivation accrual by means creation of plants physiological state new diagnostics, establishment of enzymes activation mechanism in plants upon influence of physical and chemical factors, working up of new non-phytotoxic forms of plants evolution stimulants and fungicides with stimulatory properties of growth, more effective use of plant raw materials for preparation of compositions of prophylactico-medicinal destination and means for plants protection on their basis. It has been studied the influence of illumination and dimension of surface lighted up on electric reaction of maize leaf. In conditions of aqua deficiency, leaf loses conductivity of its apoplast way earlier than its simplast one. Presowing ozonation of seed causes total increase of cytokinin activity and stability of plants studied to artificial drought. Optimum conditions of presowing treatment of grain-crops seed by biolignitic material and optimal ratios of auxins, cytokinins and gibberellins for procurement of bean embryogenesis induction have been determined. Use of plants evolution 1-methyl-3-methylaminomaleimide regulator with disinfectants eliminates inhibitory effect of the protectant on processes of germination and development of plants. It has been worked out preparatory form and principal scheme for production of high-performance fungicide on basis of phosphatide concentrate.
