A purpose of work is creation of the effective integration control of national chemical and petrochemical enterprises activity system. A research method is a dialectical method of cognition, which is used in intercommunication with such in general-scientific and special research methods as analysis, synthesis, statistical analysis, mathematical design, economy-prognostication methods and other. By these methods the most effective management organization charts of chemical and petrochemical industry enterprises are offered in this research work, one of which is an organizational structure based on permanent processes which are carried out on logistic approach in the production of industrial enterprises goods: supply, basic production, auxiliary production, sale, marketing, performance-organizational process and processes control. The original idea of this work is that it is based on the main functions of management: planning, organization, motivation and control. Coming from this the graphic model of the most effective enterprises functioning is considered, and a multiple mathematical model is also developed, the usage of which allows the chemical and petrochemical industry enterprises more effective working.
