Effectiveness of limitation of leaking magnitude has been determined. Thermodeformative processes were researched by computer modeling method. For the first time regularities of stress distribution and plastic deformations in the conditions of diffusion welding at constant temperature and heating or cooling have been determined. Temperature changes provide localization of plastic deformation in joint zone, which is auspicious for diffusion welding. Principles of units design and joints technology have been determined.
