And, for deriving a qualitative surface plasmon resonance curve it was necessary to supply with high step of a parallelism of a beam of the lighter. Besides for guaranteeing multichannel measurings there was a designed unique multichannel cuvette. The designed software has allowed to analyze the information from any of biosensor channels simultaneously and to process it in real time. The basic ideas were tested on a designed experimental model of a panoramic biosensor. The software has allow to calculate dependence of reflection coefficient from an angle ofindicence laser beam and to investigate the performances of allocation of light on a surface of a sample, to choose bands of examination and to build SPR-curve for each chosen band.
