The procedure of the check of an immune composition of biological fluids and diagnostics of virus diseases of horned cattle designed and the devices of new generation which capable are offered to the users competitive in the international market to robotize laboratory work in veterinary medicine. The designed basic technical solutions of the automized biosensory system based on effect SPR, capable to work independently without the computer. The system can be applied for realization of particular operations in field requirements, for example, diagnosings leucosis of horned cattle is directly in farms. The basis of system is the device with mechanical scanning of an indicence angle of a parallel laser beam on a gold surface sensing chip. Drive unit of system scanning based on the step drive and double-walled nonbacklash reducer on keviar yarns. Are made and the electronic plate of the microprocessor module of the device and plate of the optical module are adjusted. In the made microprocessor plate the opportunity of change of the program of the microcontroller without application of a programmator is stipulated, is immediate from the computer. The plate of the optical module has feed and control circuits of the laser and photodetectors and channels of precision amplifiers of signals of two basic optical channels, channel of monitoring of laser power and channel of calibration of an angular position. The made experimental samples of the automized biosensory system for realization express methods of the check of virus diseases in veterinary medicine.
