Study of the functional role of GTPase modulationg domains of BCR in course of Ph-positive leukemias. popup.stage_title Head Solomko O.P., Registration Date 01-02-2008 Organization Institute of molecular biology & genetics popup.description2 It was shown relatively high level of expression of marker protein in insect cells, which were infected by virus with GFP under the specific to insect cell polyhedrin promoter. Very low fluorescence was observed in case of infection by recombinant baculovirus with GFP under the mammalian specific promoter. Optimal temperature (25C) and temporal (4h) conditions were picked out for the trancduction of HeLa cervical carcinoma cell lene with baculoviruses. We showed that DH domain so as DH-PH domain have no GEF activity to GTP- ase (Rac1, RhoA, CDC42). For detection of PH binding lipids we used membrane with different cells lipids on it. To exclude nonspecific binding, as a control, was taken the protein, which has been expressed from the "empty" vector. It was shown binding with phosphatidylinositol 3-phosphate (PIP3), (PIP4), (PIP5 ) - monophosphate. Product Description popup.authors popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
