In this project the works associated with the measurements and comprehensive analysis of the data obtained from the Kharkov incoherent scatter radar observations have been carried out. This data characterize processes in the interplanetary space, magnetosphere, and also in a near-Earth environment during geospace storms. Using of these data together with the information from the international database on solar and geomagnetic activity has helped to reconstruct the picture that describes the features and sequence of processes of transformation of energy of solar storms to ionospheric disturbances. The works executed in the framework of this project correspond to the program of study, which are directed on a building of morphology picture and physical scheme of evolution of ionospheric storms for midlatitude ionosphere of Europe. Purpose of this works is prediction of ionosphere behavior under natural and disturbed conditions including taking into account of destabilizing influence of the magnetosphere electrical fields on a state of the midlatitude ionosphere.
