Analysing the globalization and informatization influence on transformation of the young people value orientations is the purpose of the work is. It is grounded that under conditions of globalization and informatization of society the personal and social value orientations transform greatly. It is shown that the world view, social, political, cultural and moral values as well as values of labour and recreation activity change. The features of change of young people value orientations under the conditions of globalization and informatization of society are exposed in particular, in the field of education, professional and career expectations, political culture, ethnic, religious values, labour activity, intellectual migration on the basis of concretely-sociological research results. The conceptual basis for the weighed position in relation to estimation of influencing of globalization and informatization on society and systems of measures for adaptation of young people to new realities, which would promote a decline of negative consequences and prevention of new risks caused by these processes is formed.
