The aim of the research work is theoretical substantiation of design and dynamics scheme of the ram flow parameters sensor. The methods of the research work are following: mathematical methods for analisys angular motion the angle sensor sensitive elements, simulation of dynamic systems on computer, analisys and synthesis of design and structured scheme of the ram flow sensor. The results of the research work consist of the matematical algorythms and simulation programms on angular motion of the ram flow indicators, the method measurement accuracy, the substantiation of design and dynamics scheme of the ram flow parameters sensor which operates on the basis new concept for aircraft angulat attitude measurement.
