After annealing ZnS crystals with 5.10-4 % manganese concentration intensity of the self-activated PL band decreases in 10 times, and also there is a new band with ?max = 621 nm. At research of spectra ОDMR it has been revealed, that in spectra PL it was not observed changes in magnetic fields which correspond to signals of photo-ESR Cr+ and Fe3+. Impurity the centers of chrome and iron do not of accept participation in processes radiating recombination at helium temperatures. The received results are agreed with a mechanism of resonant excitation PL of ions Mn2+ from the centers of a sensitization in ZnS crystals.
