The purpose of work - investigation and improvement of methods of introduction of an organism into state of artificial hypobiosis and investigation of molecular machinery of regulatory influence of different CO2 - forms and hypothermia on metabolic processes in cells, tissues and whole organisms of different animals. Methods of research - biochemical, physiological, biological tests, physical and chemical methods, PCR-analysis. Results of the carried out researches - the models of rabbits, honeybees, lake carp and laboratory mice introduction into state of artificial hypobiosis were improved. Peculiarities of metabolic processes in organisms of above-mentioned animals and also in sperm of drones and preserved blood of mammals in state of artificial hypobiosis were investigated. Range of application - productive and breeding animal, fishery and bee-keeping farms of Ukraine; enterprises that perform artificial insemination of productive animals and blood transfusion for animals.
