Magnetic susceptibility and complex magnetic susceptibility of deposit iron was measured using Faraday method and ESR technique, respectively. Absolute concentrations of nonheme iron in the analyzed samples were determined. Data, that points to the aggregation of ferritin molecules in the tissues and absence of such aggregation in purified ferritin samples were obtained using SANS technique. It was found for the first time, that magnetic ordering (aggregation) leads to the on-linear shifts of magnetic susceptibility of ferritin aggregates in different areas of the same tissue.
