Certain particularities of dependence between the "high permeability" of mucosal surfaces and structural features of commensal bacteria are detected; correspondingly the main possible mechanisms of bacteria translocation phenomenon are investigated. Specific local humoral immune host responsiveness to the certain commensal bacteria strains and their antigens (TD, TI-1 and ТI-2) are investigated.
