The character of changes in the activity of studied enzymes depended upon the terms of action of ionizing radiation. The radiation induced oxidative processes led to a decrease in the activity of AOD enzymes, elevation in content of the products of LP and intensified protein modification. In human breast carcinoma cells of MCF-7 lines differing in their sensitivity to anticancer drug doxorubicine, under single irradiation dose 1.5, 3.0, 4.5 Gr, changes in secretion of the transforming grouth factor beta, expression of p53 protein and level of DNA degradation were established. It was found that the level of p53 in the MCF-7(wt)cells decreased after the radiation dose 1.5 Gr, and increased after such treatment at 3.0 and 4.5 Gr doses. Study of radiation-induced DNA impairment and of DNA reparation enzyme PARP-1 in the MCF-7 cells demonstrated different dynamics of DNA damage reparation and of intensity of DNA fragmentation at different radiation doses and different time after the stop of radiation treatment.
