V., Sanagurski D.I., Registration Date 19-02-2008 Organization Ivan Franko Lviv National University popup.description2 The object of the researches - reserved and changed by anthropogenic influence areas of Roztochchya and Shats'k National Nature Park. The aim of the research - the studying of the hydrobiocenoses modern state of the reserved and changed by anthropogenic influence areas of the West-Ukrainian part of the Main European watershed and of their transformational changes depending on internal and external factors impact. The work was consisted in studying of the hydrobiocenoses diversity of both watershed water basins. Special attention was paid to the determination of the qualitative and quantitative composition of the plankton, benthos and nekton hydrobiocenoses communities of the reserved and changed by anthropogenic influence areas of the Main European watershed in Ukraine, in researching of communities functional links, in studying of the hydrobiocenoses structural organization, in ascertaining of water ecosystems capability to the self-purification, in studying of the upper watershed hydrophauna biodiversity as indicator of it ecological state. It were determined the peculiarities of water chemical regime and its influence on hydroecosystems functioning. It were researched the populations of the ion-transport systems on the experimental model of the fish embryos for the explanation of rhythmic oscillations of the trans-membrane potential and ion conductivity during early development. It has been revealed that species diversity of the Main European watershed depends not on belonging to separate water basins but on specific hydrobiocenoses surroundings. It has been established that the biomass of the oligotrophic hydrobionts in the reserved areas water reservoirs is increasing when in the changed by anthropogenic influence areas under the same values of species diversity is increasing the quantity of the saprobionts. It was studied the structural and functional characteristics of the predatory fish communities. Product Description popup.authors popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
