The method to the determination of the optimal parameters values errors in OPhM was proposed. The method to the determination of the radial distribution of the gas density in the planetary nabula (PN) was developed. The physical characteristics and chemical composition of the real HII regions and PNe were determined using OPhM method. The comparison analysis of the OPhM results with correspond ones from diagnostic methods was done. The problem statement about central starburst parameters determination into HII region using OPhM results was analysed. It is concluded that there is requirement the accounting of the ionization radiation from superwind cavity surrounding the starburst before the age and initial mass function parameters determination.
