Karazin popup.description2 Subject of investigation is plasma-beam systems. Purpose of the work: carrying out complex investigations of charged particles and waves interaction with plasma. Method of investigation: experimental and theoretic. As a work result the experimental facility for forming of nonrelativistic electron bunches is created. The ultra wideband transition radiation with frequencies in a range up to 40 GHz at passing of electron bunches through the electrodynamic structures of a different morphology, geometrical sizes and materials is observed. It is shown, that the use of different diaphragms, which differ by geometry and making material allows to change characteristics of ultra wideband transition radiation. The selfconsistent theoretical model that describes the nonlinear dynamics of eigen potential the SW cylindrical discharge structure, which excited by the tubular electron beam of small density is created. The influence of electron beam parameters and cylindrical discharge structure ones on the nonlinear stage of plasma beam instability are considered. It is shown, that efficiency of plasma beam interaction in a cylindrical discharge structure essentially depends on a wavelength and determined by the wave field azimuth structure and decrease with growth of azimuth wave number.
