The aim of the project is to investigate the supercooling under crystallization liquid phase Sn, Bi and Pb on the surface and in the Al matrix, as well as the diffuse processes, that occur in these systems with multiple cycles melting-crystallization. The research methods. Films were obtained by means of vacuum condensation. The films structure was explored by high-energy electron diffraction, transmission electron microscopy and with the method of measuring the electrical resistivity. Using differential method of the temperature determination and the method of measuring the electrical resistivity of the layered film a range of supercooled liquid phase has been determined for island vacuum condensates Sn, Bi and Pb on the surface and in the Al matrix. It has been shown the effectivity of the layered film of the eutectic type to determine supercooling under crystallization, especially in the case of a good wetting. The main results are received for the first time. Their actuality is stipulated both by fundamental nanophysics needs and wide usage of nanosized objects in modern technologies.
